Hot Stone Reflexology

A Powerful yet soothing, nurturing and comforting Treatment aimed at deeply relaxing and rebalancing the body and mind together by releasing tension and anxiety

Hot Stone Reflexology combines the benefits of an intensive reflexology treatment with hot stones for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating full body Treatment. The heat from the stones opens the reflex pathways to make this treatment extremely effective at restoring and rebalancing your body. Whilst the feet are being treated large hot stones are placed in specific areas on the body which need the most rebalancing, to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.

A Hot-Stone Reflexology Treatment takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Using the warmth of the stones it is estimated that the effectiveness of a treatment is increased fivefold, so this therapy can be up to five times deeper and last five times as long as a conventional reflexology treatment with the hands alone. The stones are Black Basalt (Lava) stones and are used in this treatment at a constant temperature which is never too hot. During the treatment you may well not be aware of the stones themselves but just experience the benefits of the warmth and healing energy that they provide it is indeed a deeply relaxing experience.
